Refund Policy

  • Since ListsHQ Network provides digital services and custom B2B database solutions tailored to individual client needs across all our platforms, all purchases are final, and refunds are not allowed. Once the service is purchased and delivered, it is considered complete.
  • However, if there are any technical issues or if the delivered service does not match the agreed-upon scope, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. Please contact our support team for assistance in such cases.

  • ListsHQ Network operates six industry-specific platforms: RestaurantsListsHQ, BeautyListsHQ, ContractorListsHQ, GymsListsHQ, DoctorsListsHQ, and HotelListsHQ. We provide comprehensive B2B database services, web scraping, data extraction, and business intelligence solutions across these industries.
  • The exact scope of services will be defined in the agreement between ListsHQ Network and the client, which may include services from one or multiple platforms within our network.

2. Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using any of our services on listshq.network or any of our platform websites, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is required in full before the commencement of services.
  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes or fees.
  • Payment methods include Stripe, credit card, PayPal, and other accepted payment processors.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

  • Any data, tools, or scripts created by ListsHQ Network and its platforms remain the intellectual property of ListsHQ Network unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • The client retains ownership of the data provided or scraped as per the project scope.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • The client must provide accurate and complete project requirements.
  • The client is responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable laws or regulations related to the use of data obtained from ListsHQ Network platforms.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • ListsHQ Network is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data or profits.

7. Compliance and Ethics

  • We adhere to ethical scraping practices and comply with applicable laws across all our platforms. The client is responsible for ensuring the intended use of the data is lawful and compliant with all regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection laws.

8. Service Delivery

  • ListsHQ Network will deliver services as per the agreed timeline and scope.
  • Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or lack of client cooperation will not be the responsibility of ListsHQ Network.

9. Confidentiality

  • We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any data shared with us will be protected and used solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services across our network of platforms.

10. Termination of Services

  • ListsHQ Network reserves the right to terminate services if the client violates these terms or engages in unlawful activities on any of our platforms.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be governed by the laws of Surat, Gujarat, India. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably, failing which they will be subject to arbitration or mediation as agreed by both parties.

12. Changes to Terms

  • ListsHQ Network reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Clients are encouraged to review these terms periodically.

13. Restriction on Free Sample Downloads

  • Downloading free samples in bulk, automating sample downloads, or attempting to extract significant portions of any database across our platforms through repeated sample downloads is strictly prohibited.
  • Free samples are provided only for evaluation purposes on all ListsHQ Network platforms, and any misuse may result in account suspension, IP blocking, or legal action.
